[Translation][Spanish][Part 3] Yapbam (20% to 30%)

Hello Fellow!

This is the third part of a Spanish translation of the project Yapbam, that is an open source project that converts any type of currency into a desired currency and transaction tools.

The project has 1227 strings and 7571 words. This translation consist of 167 strings and 747 words that is the 10% of the project.
