App crashes on clicking on created medication

Expected behavior

The app must be stable and show me the details on clicking on the created medication.

Actual behavior

But the app crashes on created medication.

How to reproduce

1. Install the app from apk file provided on the readme of the repository in github.
   
2. Launch the app.
   
3. Sign up for an account and sign into the app with your details.
   
4. Now click on the + icon on bottom right corner of the app to add a medication.
   
5. Now create a new medication by entering your details and click on done option. (Some times the app crashes after this step.)
   
6. Now click on the create medication.
   
   The app crashes.
