Irrcloud is a wonderful chat application with some missing features that would make users feel more connected, which would be discussed in this post.
Proposal
I am proposing that Star message and pin to the top button should be included to IRCCLOUD.
The star message would make users keep safe of important messages and vital information so that they can get back to it later. The Pin to the top will enable chat stick to the top, depending on the chat you wish to pin to the top, for easy access.

Benefits
Important messages can be noted using the Star message button and save messages so as to easily access them when needed later.
Important chat would be pin to the top, such as important channel and group chats, for easy access and quick to locate and get vital information from them.
