This features request will focus mainly in the features about trigonometric functions where no option available to hide it in the device screen.
Proposal
What I am proposing is, there should be an option to hide the trigonometric functions of the calculator where the user has option to show only the mentioned features when it is necessary.
Trigonometric functions is for more advance mathematics and it is not use all time in application. And therefore, it should have an option to hide it in the device screen on the time that it is not needed to the user.
Mockups / Examples
This are the current panel for the application (shown below) in which the basic calculator keyboard was shown altogether with the trigonometric functions. Direct to say, the features can be consider already a version of scientific calculator.
The examples to my proposed features shown below is where the screen of the device was maximize by showing the basic calculator only.
But when the user wanted to use the trigonometric functions, he/she can easily use the option to show the functions when it needed.
Benefits
The benefits to this features request of mine are the following:
- The device screen will be maximize for the basic calculator keyboard where pressing those button of primary numbers and functions will be easy.
- It removes confusion to the normal people which didn't need to use the trigonometric functions.
- The functions will be shown only when it is needed by the user which is a good idea to add and hide some important functions that will be added in the features.
