Expected behavior
IF X POST A NEW POST OR COMMENT AND BID WITH @speedvoter THEN BOT NOT VOTE THAT POST BUT AUTO REFUND 10x AMMOUNT !!
Actual behavior
Suppose someone published a new post in steemit and bid x amount with @speedvoter by newly published post then bot not accept it and also not vote that post but after 12-15 minute bot automatically refund that x amount 5-10 time !!!

and see bot auto refund 17 time !!!
How to reproduce
- Post a new post in steemit. busy.org link work fine for this bug.
- send x ammount to @speedvoter with your newly published link.
- wait 12-15 minute and see bot auto refund ammount 5-10 time depending on bot current sbd balance.
Check bot wallet https://steemit.com/@speedvoter/transfers many people already collecting sbd from this bot because of this bug :(
