[Accusta for Steem] Now the Accusta system works with the WHALESHARES blockchain. (v1.5.0)

In 1.5.0 release of

Some of technical changes in Accusta associated with connection WHALESHARES.
All blockchains has own terminology for description economy and tokens. And its time to rework the displays of charts in accordance with these terms.
I create new class: Charts() for this functionality.
And update Author, Benefactor, Curator, Witness rewards Controllers for use this new Charts() class.

Rewards statistic:

- Curator
- Benefactor
- Witness
Statistic of Voting for witnesses.
I continue to work about transfer history. There is a lots technical changes in VIZ and WHALESHARES blockchains, all of this need more time.
