“Steem blockchain is public to everybody and anybody can see the posts on Steemit without an account”.
Referring to above pharse I belive there is a bug in Utopian.io. Being an Open Source contribution platform, Utopian.io should also be open to all public, and anybody can access the details on the account even I am not logged in, however if I log out from the account I am unable to navigate the previous pages which I visited earlier.
Refer below illustration:
Image 1 - I am logging out from the Utopian.io.
Image 2 - Where I am unable to navigate to the previous pages by clicking on the Back button.
This is in addition to my further reference in my earlier Post, 13 days ago, about a possible bug detected in Steemit account, Titled: “Navigating Steemit Pages after Log Out” please refer below link,
https://steemit.com/utopian-io/@steemflow/navigating-steemit-pages-after-account-log-out
The post is about navigating within the Steemit pages even after login out from Steemit account. The system/webpage allows us to access and see all the pages that I had visited before log out from the Steemit account. (all the screenshot images attached in the earlier post)
Although, my contribution to the Utopian about the bug issue (above link) were not approved, and I humbly accepted the Moderator comment, without much discussion.
Now my concern is, why same thing does not apply in Utopian. Site? Utopian also being an open source platform, anyone can visit or navigate the pages even after log out.
It can be two way, Either firstly my post about navigating Steemit after logout is correct and there is bug that needed to be fixed, as no other website like FB, email, twitter allow any user navigate after log out from the account.
Secondly, If my post was incorrect then, Utopian should also allow the user to visit or Navigate the pages after logout. And there is a bug that is now not allowing the user to navigate after log out in Utopian.io
Both Utopian and Steemit are working parallel and both are on same common platform “Open Source”. Being on the same platform there must be one scenario. Either the user able to navigate (steemit) and secondly use not able to navigate (Utopian.io)
There should not be any contradictory statement either there is a bug in steemit website or there is a bug in Utopian.
Either of the two is correct, and also my post too which also needed to be approved, this one or earlier one!!
Thanks
