Suggestion for the Title:

Further to the discussion with @reggaemuffin, the existing title of Minecraft is being translated into Simplified Chinese as "我的世界" (i.e. literal: "My World") and differently in Traditional Chinese as "當個創世神" (Literal: "Be a Creator God"
Here is a screenshot of Wiki in Chinese:

Therefore you can see the complexity in handling the Title.
My suggestion is to tag "colony (mod)" to both. But I am not sure if there is trademark issue with Minecraft?
Simplified Chinese 我的世界之殖民地模组 literal: "Minecraft's Colonies (mod)"
