Ability to minimise overlay

Components

This would affect the main overlay that is shown on top of steemit.com and would be the introduction of a button to the overlay and new overlay view. The current implementation of steem assistant provides the user with the ability to view extra information displayed at the bottom right of the page when the user is on steemit.com

Proposal

I propose that the ability to minimise the steem assistant is added to project, this would see the ability a user to click a button which would allow them to minimise the assistant to the main details of the assistant are no longer in view.

I propose the addition of a minimise button to the top right of the overlay and upon clicking this would reduce both the height and the width of the overlay and removing the details of the assistant and replacing them with a simple title text. A user would then be able to maximise the overlay by clicking the maximise icon which would appear on the overlay when minimised.

Benefits

I believe that a current problem this implementation has its that it covers up part of the blog when shown, this means that the ability to flag and collapse posts is compromised, this means that I must scroll for some items of the page. The ability to minimise this would allow a user to hide when the assistant is no longer needed, but still, provide the ability for the assistant to be accessed at the click of a button.
