Expected behavior
When an incorrect username is added it should indicate to the user that the username isn't valid on the steem blockchain so they don't save it, ideally a user would not be able to submit an invalid username.
Actual behavior
When an incorrect username is submitted a user is able to save the username, this causes the pop up to become skewed at the bottom of the page.
How to reproduce
A) Download the google chrome add-on using the link provided in the git repo, at the time of writing it states Version: 1.5.2, Updated: January 14, 2018
B) Click the chrome add-on icon and enter a username which doesn't exist on the steem blockchain such as ######222--3
C) Press return/enter, you will see 'Settings Saved!' appear underneath the input field.
D) Visit Steemit.com, if you're already on steemit refresh the page
E) The overlay can be seen at the bottom of the page but no info can be shown.
