Simple Flashlight
Components
Simple Flashlight is a clean flashlight with an extra bright display. This application also has its own widget. The app also prevents the device from falling asleep if used from the application instead of the widget. It does not have any ads or unnecessary permissions.
Proposal- Control the 'turning off' of the Flash light on closing the app
The app 'Simple Flashlight' is customised such that the Flash light turns on automtically during the start up and turns off automatically when the app is closed. The turning on of the flash light during the startup can be controlled using the option available in setting menu after the new update. But there in no option to control the automatic closure of the flash light when the app is closed. It is suggested to place a option in the setting menu to control the automatic closure of flash light when the app is closed.
Mockups / Examples
The suggested feature would look like as highlighted in the above screenshot. The user can either tick the setting for automatic turning off or untick the same for flash light to stay on, even on closing the app.
Benefits
The suggested feature might come in handy for the user as he can control the shutting of the Flash light based on thier preference. The Flash light would not get turned off if the app gets closed bimistakenly.
**Conclusion ** The above suggestion can be useful in creating a better interface for the user.
