Contribution specifications
- Translation overview: The part I was translating today referred to the ticket booking system, instructions on how to fill the registration and reservations forms, information required. It was also specified what type of tickets are there age-wise (youth tickets). The project is also interested in ensuring that the activities they create and organize are interesting for people regardless the gender. There were some explanations on what re the functions on mentors and volunteers in the Dojo community and about e-learning course concerning this subject. There was also information about e-learning course concerning safeguarding and how to run Dojo if someone wants to set up one.
Some treads were short and consisted from one to three words. Some of the threads were repeated, others were repeated with additional codes. There were also threads with code only.
What I also realized during my work today was that I remind myself my own language more - after having lived for few years abroad and having almost no contact with my native language I manage to forgot a lot of words and often catch myself in conversations I have in polish language to use English words instead or trying to give an explanation of the word rather than an actual word. Another thing is that I "englishize" Polish language, what I was aware of, but it wasn't until I started working for utiopian-davinci project when I realized it was to such an extent. However with each translation I return to more correctness in my own native language and I am very happy for that.
