Good wheater application is an application predict the weather will occur more than 200,000 cities and every geo location. This application features language features, free and open source, current, notifications, As a user I can not find any other important and interesting features in this app.
Proposal
After installing the app the user can see weather predictions around the city's users over 200,000 cities and every geo location. I propose to the developer to add features:
Rain, lightning, wind and temperature information. This feature is useful for knowing that this extreme late weather situation has hit cities demanding more detailed weather and temperature information.
Weather widgets and weather cameras serve to get weather information for user locations that are practical summarized with attractive designs. So it can be a beautiful and even dramatic background

This is an interesting feature that I do not find in this app. And it becomes very amazing for users.
