(German Translation) eZ Website Toolbar

Hi! I just finished translating 100% of eZ Website Toolbar to German.

Nobody was translating into german, so I decide to contribute to this open source as a translator. This project consist of 49 strings.

In this screenshots you can see the progress i made.

Here you can tell that the project was at 0% when I started out:
