While I'm still on the fence on if Dr Robert Duncan is a hell of a CIA misinformation agent or a Snowden level whistleblower I'm unsure.. But the man certainly speaks on topics that not only interest me, but should interest everyone as we sit with the NWO and big brother on our doorstep, after our minds and free will. While shit like hearing voices for a long time had a stigma attached to it.. Seems now technology stacks have been weaponized to cause this effect.
