I am personally so outraged with the new "protect your children so they can protect others" with the newest soon to be mandated jab thing for kids, I decided to start a post so we can share our personal stories of surviving being a kid.
I can think of so many things, it is difficult to just find one. But, here's just one: At around 9 or 10, I decided to challenge my four years older brother to a dual with pitchforks, this after he had been fond of chasing me around with one for years. It didn't end well for me, but he got a nick, too!
Point is, it's important to learn to toughen up as a kid, to not be manipulated by fear, but to stand up against any form of tyranny, even when it challenges a status quo, and is scary. What is being taught to kids today scares me way, way more than my tyrannical older brother, way back in the day. BTW, I very much doubt he was actually intent upon killing me, but at the time, I wasn't really certain. LOL
What's one of your survival kid stories, when you stood up against any form of tyranny?
