The slight of hand I see happening now makes me very angry and sad. It disguises huge profit for Sanofi, dead and damaged children and appalling morals. This will not be a long post but it needs to be written because nobody else seems to be shouting about this.
There is an ongoing scandal over Dengvaxia in the Philippines, an anti-dengue vaccine developed by Sanofi Pasteur with the intent to vaccinate one million children. The program was stopped after it was shown that children given this dengue vaccine had an increased chance of dying from dengue after getting vaccinated with Dengvaxia.
Where Is The Money?
Ok lets get to the enormous amounts of money involved here and where they are now. Sanofi was paid in advance for the vaccination of a million children with Dengvaxia.
When it was shown that the vaccine was dangerous the program was stopped but Sanofi had already been paid the full amount for the vaccines in advance. The Philippine government demanded the return of the money for the vaccines which were not used because the program was axed. Sanofi was reluctant to do so but eventually refunded the money for the unused vaccines.
Here are some basic figures (this is the best I can find but please help me to update these figures if I am incorrect!)
Sanofi was paid in advance for one million vaccinations: USD $65,440,510
Sanofi refunded monies for unused vaccines amounting to approximately: USD $21,682,496
The difference for the vaccines which Sanofi still seems to have kept is a whopping: USD $43,758,014

The Biggest Money & Players Are Conspicuously Missing From The Discussion
To date it is claimed that up to 62 children have died due to getting Dengvaxia. The government has initiated a major health initiative and a new smart phone app is being developed.
The current health secretary Francisco Duque III is calling for the refunded Sanofi money from the unused vaccines be used to help those damaged from those vaccines. This is not enough!
What about bringing Sanofi international executives to the Philippines to stand trial or forcing Sanofi to return more of the money due the the dangerous nature of their vaccines? Sanofi claims years of trials over Dengvaxia. I would like to know more about just what was really done given they have already been caught out corrupting Philippine officials.
The Bigger Plan
Sanofi is extremely reluctant to admit any damage done by their vaccination. Yes they don't want to repay any more money and the executives want to keep their bonuses. However there are other issues at play here. Sanofi wants to push Dengvaxia to many countries around the world and there is a wider concern at damage of the public's perceptions of vaccines.
There is clearly a lot of money in vaccines. There are massive amounts of information highlighting corruption concerning vaccines all around the world. So these pharmaceutical companies want to make a lot of money. But are they harming us with their vaccines.
The financials are clear. The rise in the number of vaccines that people all around the world get has sky rocketed with new regulations and plans. Who is driving this? Is profit the only motive? Is there a concerted effort to damage our societies through vaccines?
I will let you decide the answers to these questions but I urge you to try and comprehend the vast amounts of prepaid government money floating around vaccines. The corruption is there - where is it leading is the question!
