As long as there is no fulfillment, people have been working to achieve it. Perfection is an endless process. Its achievement does not end. The basic needs of people (food, clothing, medical, housing) can be provided by society or state. If there is no physical, financial and emotional insecurity among the society, then there will be no inhuman competition for the acquisition of wealth with each other. If society can arrange education for every human being, then the need for the fourth level may be respect, honor and respect.
