What do you think about vaping?

I quit smoking in September 2017. It's been 11 months. I tried to quit smoking before, but I had always failed, I always came back to it in a very weak situation or if I am depressed.
When I was desperate and searching for a way to quit, I learned about vaping and I decided to give it a try. Since the first puff of an e-cig, I managed to quit smoking !

I read a lot about the harm of regular cigarettes and e-cigarettes. Although I was pretty convinced that vaping is not harmful due to the use of known chemicals, I kept on searching for new research releases to see if any studies have been made about it.

I feel better and healthier now, I can walk, run, and I really feel younger!

Are you a smoker? if yes, why won't you try vaping? It's really a good choice in my opinion.
