James Wilks, Winner of Ultimate fighter Season 9 and the man behind the bestselling documentary on iTunes ‘The Game Changers’, recently went on the Joe Rogan experience and totally pwned Chris Kresser by exposing his poor critiques on the documentary.
I really enjoyed the forcefulness of James’ arguments. He stuck to the science and accused Chris of misrepresenting a Plant Based diet and making downright false claims.
It became very evident from an early stage that Chris’ arguments were hugely biased and it was James that had the science on his side.
James may be as good a fighter as he is a debater and has now cemented himself as The Vegan Prince in my books.
Joe Rogan said at the end of the podcast that James ‘Hit it out of the park’ and hinted that he has changed his mind regarding Veganism.
