Psstttt... I have worms!
I'm sorry guys... I don't believe I have told you about my super awesome WORM BIN yet!
Cool, right?!
I mean, yeah, it's also kind of gross, but mostly it's cool!
We started a vermicomposting tub recently. About a month ago. I told you how this is the year we grow our own food, right? Well, one of the things that would really make that more feasible is a sustainable fertilizer maker! AKA, the worm bin!
Not only will it be creating worm castings, (black GOLD!), it will also be a source of liquid fertilizer that we can use on our Steem-Powered raised beds! All we have to do is feed the worms some of our veggie scraps from the kitchen! It's a win-win situation!
