A glimmer of light and an actual plan this time. I like how they gave a definite number of cases that needed to be met to move onto the next stage. The way this is going, looks like we won't be experiencing the covid normal until early 2021 I'd say.
But hey, it's a damn good plan for once to give transparency to the people of Victoria and Australia. Only about 150 fines were handed out yesterday for the protests in Melbourne as well. Now the tougher decision is what to do with a fortnight of extra money.
