Welcome to another really weird stream time for me! This time, I'm partnering up with Good4Gaming to raise money for NAMI. I'm super excited to make this happen, because I've got a special guest with me! My brother, Mark, who just finished med school and will be receiving his doctorate soon is taking part today!

Mental health is one of those things we kinda talk about, but not really. Especially in today's day and age. It's seen as some sort of weakness, should be kept to yourself, you get the idea. But this does far more harm than good, especially when it comes to suicide prevention. NAMI seeks to help break the stigma of talking about mental health, and they have a national network of people willing to help. If you need someone to talk to, talk to NAMI. Seriously. They're good people.
