Vinca Flower
It is also known as the rosette of the family Zakkumgiller (apocynaceae) (catharanthus roseus or synonym name, 'vinca roseus'), 'propeller flower', 'vinca'. The homeland is the island of Madagascar (Africa).
The rosette plant, a grassy plant, exhibits a perennial shrub in places where the winter is not cold. It grows both in the garden and in the pot.
