I am trying to be more patient but it has not been easy. I have been pondering this quote that goes, "If you live in the future, you live in anxiety. If you live in the past, you live in suffering."
I am not will to do either any longer. While I understand intellectually that things take time, emotionally I want everything right now.
I have to understand that just because I am now sober that my life will not automatically be perfect. I have work to do.
