Ingredients:
1 shot of espresso (or ½ cup of strong brewed coffee)
1 cup of milk (or any milk alternative)
2 tablespoons of dark chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon of sugar (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional for topping)
A pinch of cayenne or cocoa powder for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Brew the espresso or make a strong cup of coffee and set aside.
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it is warm, but not boiling.
Melt the dark chocolate: Add the chopped dark chocolate to the warm milk, stirring frequently until fully melted and smooth.

- Mix the spices: Stir in the sugar, cayenne pepper, cinnamon (if using), and vanilla extract. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is well combined.

Add the espresso: Pour in the brewed espresso (or strong coffee) and stir until everything is fully blended.
Serve: Pour the cayenne mocha into a mug. If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a pinch of cayenne or cocoa powder on top for garnish.
