How to Build Real Wealth

As humans we see wealth only as having a lot of money.
It's silly really... to believe that wealth is only about money.
Yet, if you ask nearly any human they will tell you that wealth is having a lot of money. That those they deem wealthy are those that have an abundance of money.
Our society has been so conditioned to only call wealthy people those that have lots of money. Forgoing of course any other form of wealth.
There are many forms of wealth.
There is a wealth of knowledge for example.
Wealth of information.
Mineral wealth.
A wealth of experience.
There are so many forms of wealth its crazy yet humans seem to only care about the wealth of money.
Well, I'm not here to talk about money.
I'm here to talk about wealth.
You can't really talk about wealth without talking about abundance.
Having abundance is having more than you really need of something. It's having excess or extra.
Financially wealthy people have an abundance of money for example.
All forms of wealth can be linked to abundance in this manner.
So what is wealth really?
My personal definition is this:
Wealth is accumulated resource.
That is as simple as I can say it.
Accumulated resource.
Two simple words, accumulate and resource.
These 2 words describe wealth at it's real core.
Every single money wealthy person has acquired all of that money by accumulating resources.
Some of them accumulated only one resource while others accumulated several types.
If you peak behind any money wealthy person you will find they are standing on a pile of something. Selling that something out to the next person.
That something is a resource.
Humans want resources.
Some resources we even need.
Resources are what spin this world. I want this for that, you need that for this.
This is our way.
To become wealthy all you really need to do is collect resources. Build a pile of anything and people will want to give you money for it...
If money is your aim.
Money is not the only reason to accumulate resources, nor is it the only resource worth accumulating.
Let's get back to basics.
What are the basic human needs?
We need food, water, air, rest and warmth. This is what it takes to survive as a human. Needs are based on survival.
You will want many other things and even call those things needs, yet you only need what is required for survival.
You don't "need" money to buy a coat.
You don't "need" a coat.
You want a coat, you want money to buy a coat, and you need to be warm.
So, why not build a wealth of the things you actually need to survive first?
Let's get real...
You eat every day, you drink every day, you sleep, clean and shit every day.
Yet our society is set up to only build wealth in a resource that you cannot eat, drink clean with, sleep on or shit in...
Money.
What if you build a wealth in food though...
Will you not always be able to eat, no matter what shit happens around you?
And if you build a wealth in water?
Would you not also always be able to drink, no matter the issues around you?
And if you built a wealth of fuel that can warm the home?
Could you not always be warm, no matter the weather outside?
Isn't all of this exactly what you're after when you're chasing money?
Once you have all of your needs covered in abundance money seems kinda useless.
Are you then not wealthy?
You now have, in abundance, what the rest of the world is chasing money for a lifetime over to get.
You can finally relax your mind and begin to focus on things that are more useful to you or even to the world.
You are most certainly wealthy.
How many people in this world are chasing money and barely making their basic needs?
How many aren't making them?
If I could reach every struggling human with this idea as simple as I can it would look like this:
STOP chasing money and START accumulating the resources that you actually need.
Money is never needed it is wanted. Your actual needs are actually needed.
Build real wealth by accumulating the resources required to have your basic needs met in abundance first.
Once abundance is reached in the resources you need, this is the actual wealth you're looking for.
The sky is the limit from here.
This basic idea can give you exactly what you're actually looking for by thinking you need tons of money. It will usually also bring a surplus of money with it, seemingly by default, once you're really accumulating. It seems pretty natural that once a person has a pile of something others want, or need, many will pay to have it.
It takes a shift of focus though. We have to begin looking at what we actually need, or want, instead of the money we think is our path to get it. It's blocking all the other paths to it.
How do you begin to build wealth today?
Look at your needs.
Once you know them well, find basic need resources you can acquire for the least amount of energy and start there.
Rinse
Wash
Repeat
Expand
Remember, money is only one tool. We have so many others.
