Hello, friends! Today is another opportunity to join #wednesdaywalk, which is organized @tattoodjay. Unfortunately I have today too saturated business day and there is no room for an idle walk. I'm on my way and I have a lot to do today. But I still don't want to miss the opportunity to share some interesting shots that I made along the way of my route.
I'm driving on the highway, which passes by a very interesting object. It is still in an incomplete stage , but the main stages of construction have already been completed. A little more time and we will be able to visit the skyscraper.
Here will be located the ultra-modern multifunctional complex "Lakhta Center". Gazprom's headquarters will be the key facility here. But also in the project it is stated that in this skyscraper will be located scientific and educational centers for children and adults, planetarium, sports and medical complexes, outdoor amphitheater for watching water shows, business centers and a large cinema, panoramic restaurant and grounds for various exhibitions.
But I, and indeed very many residents of our city, like the fact that there will be a public observation deck. I think it would be fun to climb to a height of 360 metres above the city. It will be the highest observation deck, not only in Russia but also in Europe. The observation deck is fully glazed, so you can admire the views of the city with a 360-degree panorama and also use powerful telescopes. Personally, I look forward to this moment with great anticipation. But this will only happen in 2019.
