Hello everyone in this platform,it has been awhile i visited this community.I went on a vacation to rest and take care of myself, now i am back with full force.
During the weekend i travelled to my village to get some garri for me and family.
Getting to my place, there was no garri at the moment, rather my people in the house have went to harvest some cassava in our farm.
I have to hurry up and do the necessary things that are involved in the processing of the cassava so as to get the garri done.
Firstly I started peeling the cassava until i finished peeling them.
Then I poured enough clean water in a big stainless steel basin and put some peeled cassava inside the water and started washing them and spread them under the sun.
When they dried up,i put them inside bags and carried them out for grinding and pressing the grinded cassava.
After that i began to sieve the garri and the garri was finally fried by my brother even till night.
