I wanted to share with you what I eat during the day. Just to be clear — I'm not on any kind of diet. This is simply what I regularly eat, especially on warm summer days when I naturally eat a bit lighter.
For breakfast, I had a slice of homemade banana bread — yes, I baked it myself! Then I made a bowl of oatmeal with pistachio milk and fresh blackberries.
Later on, I had a snack: Greek yogurt with blueberries — simple, refreshing, and so good.
For lunch, I made a salad with smoked salmon. Light, nutritious, and full of flavor.
And for dinner, I kept it simple with a smoothie.
