I voted for @jerrybanfield for witness today
I've previously blogged about the importance of participating in the democratic processes of the Steem blockchain, and in my early experience with Steemit, I made some initial witness votes, which were:
Shortly thereafter, I also added my vote for @aggroed
Not long after that, I announced my support and voter for @teamsteem
Since then, I interviewed @jerrybanfield (link here: https://steemit.com/steem/@davidpakman/3ewev3zu ) and have decided to cast my 6th witness vote for him
I quickly learned in my short time on Steem that Jerry is a controversial figure in this community, and my vote for him is not because of agreement or disagreement with any particular assertion Jerry has made, but rather because in my dealings with him he appears to be an undeniably strong advocate of both the community and blockchain/cryptocurrency elements of Steem
