One question I've asked myself what would I do if I was a witness? If I were witness I would drastically change this community and many ways I can't even explain them all. I am not saying this community is a major issue but we do have some problems that we need to work out. One thing I would do is set up a system that is designed to stop flagging Wars on Steemit. That in my opinion is one of our major issues.
Another thing, I would do is to make a system for smaller creators can build an audience. I know you met heard this, but saturation on this platform is a big issue. Another thing we need to do is bigger channels from bullying channels. This goes for all of us. Also if I were witness I would make something called steem Library.Steam Library would be a system where new people joining this platform could look for information to help them start on steemit.
Also, with the steem bot tracker I would make it so you can only use it when I post is 3 to 4 days old. This change what occur so you cannot do the system for quick money on old post. Also if I were witness I would make a platform where you can get better liquidation on your steem. I feel the community needs more liquidation to make new investors feel more comfortable leaving their money or other crypto’s in steem.
Another thing, I would do is make a platform for the younger people in steemit so it does not feel this platform is just for adults. I would also build a platform just like @smartmarket we're whales and come to your channel I think that would be very beneficial for small creators.I will also build a platform where you can ask other Witnesses what do you think they should develop so the power can be in the community.
Another thing, we can do for steam it is to stop scammers like the previous crypto scam in 2017. I heard that the bitconnect scam was promoted to the steemit users and that is very negative and can really hurt us. So what I would do is to prevent scammers what should do is all the rewards they receive on their promotion of the scam articles of post will be refunded back into the community so they keep none of the rewards.Also I would stop reward pool rape or stealing from the reward pool I believe that this is a very bad thing and we should really stop this because it's stealing from smaller creators.Many steemians have done this like@berniesanders,@grumpycat,and many more try to stop reward pool stealing and that is great,but we need more steemians trying to stop this issue.
Final Words
There are many more things on the list I would say but this is only part one and I do not have all my ideas together but I believe that these are some of the main things that we should change about our community. I hope a random witness these things and besides maybe he wants to do these things too so he can better our community. All I see this as is investing in my ideas and I hope they are great investments.
