Update @sapphic server deployed to HF 0.20.0 and generating blocks (well "a" block)

Hi all,

Just a brief post, to advise that our witness is now updated to 0.20.0, our replay was brief (subjectively) and successful, we have now produced a block and are ready for September 25th Hard Fork.
