To you all, just starting to read this... A fricking 🙏 thank you! I didn't even have a clue how awesome would be for me to be a part of this chain a few years ago, but it's a really true and overwhelmingly rewarding experience that I can't really even quantify the value 💪 sentiment I have for it.
The chain has been Adapting!
Initially, with my set of resources from 2021 (yes that old already), I really didn't plan much for the "end ultimate thing" and I was mostly targeting to support decentralization and my ability to use blockchain in a way I could be "independent" about anyone, offering my own unbiased view of things without the interference from any other activities or personal preferences.

Throughout the whole experience, I found some really unique personas that among the community I know, made my life so MUCH enjoyable within this "startup" (for some) alike environment. And people..! I mean it when I say it... Being on the "crap" Twitter thing as I have been trying to expand on the back of @forkyishere persona, or within Discord... (missing Reddit) but does not really matter. Each of us does what we can.
And that's been the most awesome experience to witness for as long as I remember.
Being the generation WHATEVER, I can only resemble things to my own lifetime, but being connected to more than just that, I am constantly thinking about the future. The NEW you! Protecting you from crap while allowing you to do YOUR thing. It's not easy, but guess what? FEELS GREAT!!!

Yep... calls have been crazy lately... I don't know what this still means... but either way, I want to be cautious about what I provide, since I am quite far away from most people. Geo wise!

I have been using my nodes too (externally), but that has been the same usage as FOREVER! So, this would not explain my own usage. Not at this scale...
Not really sure if any of you are doing this, but that's a reality I now have to assume.
Just take into consideration that my stuff is in New Zealand, and that might be many Kilometers far from many of the cloud providers or apps participating in diverse HIVE projects. Yes, that will have some impact, but the point is that this can be an alternative node (this is how I see decentralization). At least for the Hive Engine side-chain... when I change gear (which is due for a long time already), my intention is to release a so much-promised Hive public node from my own house too!
Just to reiterate that these are Public Cloudflare Protected but still under my FULL control! I don't depend on anyone, and that's the beauty of it.

Step-by-step things... these take a considerable amount of time because they are all supported by myself (I am still doing this because I want! not because I need...). One will understand, hopefully, that this is so much more than just business for me. If not, then that one does not understand how HIVE works...
My aim is to promote decentralization!
I am quite technical (still) and can deal with a lot of stuff (also non-technical ones NOW 😎). But I don't think that can last forever and I would need to teach others the same values I have learned for more than 10 years. Those can be anywhere, be anyone, as long I can teach them how to find out more about HIVE and how social blockchain decentralization is evolving.
For this long, I have been able to hardness around 1220 HP from my HIVE witness node, and an ASTONISHING almost soon to reach 6k BEE (at least on this post date).
Why have I never sold this? Well, the bottom line is I didn't need it... on top of that, I really believe the value of HIVE and BEE is still too low to be really explored as a business. Currently, both are in "startup" mode (in my view), which means (for me) that there are NO "financial" guarantees! Hence, with all I know and considering how long I have been knowing things around here, I would say, if you can afford it, it's up to you to measure the risk. 😈 BUT I WILL BE HERE!
I, not intentionally wanting to drive anyone with me, want to be around... 🙃 (because I can and enjoy being around) 😍
Disclaimer about #games and miself
I know that usually games are subjective in their development and priorities, but when one like me goes crazy about promoting them, it does NOT mean they are "mistake-proof", OK? No one IS if you are paying attention! And I am not driving them... although I have all the reasons to support and help the community around me. And yes I want them to strive too!!! Just as much as you want... But if we don't take these opportunities together, then we are just missing out on the big picture!
But before this goes very wrong, please understand that I am not, nor they are, responsible for a guaranteed experience until their "startup" situation, becomes a publicly commercial activity registered somewhere as such.
This is the normality of the usual businesses, and one should be warned that this is such an amazing platform for exploration, but before we take the leap towards the new standard of how decentralized businesses work, one will still have to go a long way.

I know right, this is the "perfect" platform with the most amazing "community" to create disruption and we are falsely being silenced by whom think our complexity is the "cloaking" factor.
We are still here! We are still valuable! We will get there... Why?
HIVE is 💯 Unique
- We are growing organically, from mouth to mouth mostly and that has lots of long-term "human value" (speaking by experience)
- Most technologically feature-rich code: Fee-free near-real-time transactions, atomic operations (aka virtual), trustless options, multi-account protection features, time-based code protection, and ownership-based identities.
- We empower decentralization expansion. And if I can be a part of it, YOU and I will drive SO many more nodes and further keep protecting the network to a level that makes others' thoughts irrelevant and not "cost-effective", in the long term I mean!
- We are building a huge group of dynamic people skills! A superhuman workforce - probably the most organic driver of #hive! (I am not going to comment much on this one, but this long-term is going to be legendary)
- Family oriented... The human race needs to keep adapting and facing the most recent major roadblocks. This has proven to be something we need to keep tracking for our own well-behind. Hive is constantly rebalancing this effort and that is being real-time judged at a worldwide level. Making this a much fair way to evolve, not siloing races or virtues in a private way like countries and/or organisations can come to.
- This #DPoS #technology we are all perfecting is just awesome to witness in its still infancy! Figure it out when it goes bOOm!
- Probably a lot more... but I have to draw a line into what is the most valuable thing for me!
