Alright folks, Guess who's back, guess who's back, guess who's back! Like Abracadabra!
I am pleased to announce that @enginewitty and I are teaming up to launch a new witness for the community called @PolleNation - The profile for the witness team is brand new and currently not yet fully decorated and we haven't put a formal witness description post up there yet, but I couldn't wait to share this tremendously exciting news.
BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!
@EngineWitty is ALSO going to be running his solo witness again as well under his old name, same guy, same witness you loved to support in the past!
And of course many of you recall I was also a witness in my previous life on the previous chain that shall not be named here now, but you know, if you know, you know. Right?
So YES folks, We're back as witnesses for the people and the chain, and we're both very excited to work together and serve the community in all the ways that we always have and more on the way yet to come.
You already know about the community Witty founded called the Alliance which has been on the chain since forever...
And Witty has already been letting you know about an exciting new mobile augmented reality game project built specifically for the Hive chain that he's been working very hard on for quite some time as well. (And I'm going to be doing the music and some sound effects for the game, so that's a part of our team up plans as well)
And then there is his PIMP token you may have seen around too!
And many of you may remember my charitable initiative called @YouAreHOPE, which did tens of thousands of coins worth of work in impoverished regions around the world, drilling wells, providing shoes, clothes, food and supplies to children and adults in need, cleaning up flooded, malaria ridden villages and so much more around the globe, So yes, it will be coming back to life soon too,
But there is even more in the pipeline. I've just about got some fun tools for managing your followers and whom you follow ready to publish, aka "The Dead Follower Tool" that some of you may recall from my prior tenure here and I just need to think of a cool domain name to host them on and get them moved there.
There will be forthcoming complete posts about all of these things and more we have plans to do in the coming days, weeks and months.
I am going to just let all this about all these initiatives be sort of vague right now in this post, because with this set of announcements, I mostly wanted to just share my excitement to be back in the saddle on Hive and both of us getting back on the witness roster so that we can use our combined talents to further the growth of the platform, the usefulness of the chain's power and the power of the people who live here on it with us.

We would truly value and appreciate your support of both witnesses! Or Either one! But if you choose none, we support that too! You won't find us trying to strongarm anyone for a vote! We'll leave that to the less scrupulous and just do our best to witness with efficiency, integrity, creativity and our mutual love of the chain and all of you who love it too!
As a team, we complement each other pretty well, bringing almost two decades of experience combined on the chain, sharing creative and technical skills and talents in mutually varying degrees and we've been friends for almost a decade now, having met at more than one meetup and living about 45 minutes apart in Tennessee (when I am not at my soon to be permanent early-retirement home in Costa Rica), so you can expect us to have some dedication and we plan to be here for decades more to come!
Speaking of sticking around. I know I left the chain for awhile, 2.5 years to be precise, but as I always used to say, I was always listening, always watching. I just needed to handle some offline stuff, and take a break after the steem/hive split. I've fully realized that I have to start almost from zero and I've got to prove myself a little bit again around here now that I have returned. And I am fully committed to doing just that. As the lyrics say, "Don't believe me, just watch!"
The bottom line is, we have some awesome things in store, so stay tuned and more information about all of these things will come soon!
