This proposal is very simple. It is to modify the existing mining system to allow beginning players to enjoy success and reward players that grow their accounts.
Currently roughly 17k WOO is awarded to 50 players accross the board. With multi accounting becoming more of an issue, new players with low mining points rarely see any wins. this was the driving force behind the proposal as we need new players to enjoy mining and seek to improve their account .
With this in mind I propose to divide the mining pool into three weight classes:
-Light Weight (1-4999 mining points)
-Middle Weight (5000-10000 mining points)
-Heavy Weight (10000+ mining points)
Current rewards per hour (17k) would be divided into these three weight classes as follows:
-light weight 20%
-middle weight 35%
-heavy weight 45%
The amount of wins per class would be adjusted as follows:
-Light weight 50 wins
-middle weight 30 wins
-heavy weight 20 wins
(multiple wins allowed if win quota not met)
This translates into mining awards per hour:
Light Weight - 50 wins @ 68 WOO ea.
Middle Weight - 25 wins @ 238 WOO ea.
Heavy Weight - 20 wins @ 382 WOO ea.
In conclusion I feel these changes will engage more players and benifit those who wish to further invest in their accounts.
- note the fees for this proposal will be split 50/50 with the team for design and implementation. The team also has the right to adjust these numbers for better balance.
