Probably being a freelancer is the dream job for some people because you don't have to go to an office, you can work from your home, you don't have to dress nice, you don't have to look good and you don't have to follow a schedule.
Yes, it's very nice to work whenever you want and for example to enjoy an ice cream while you work but I think that working in an office it's better.
Working from home it's nice because you are more relaxed but you also can be distracted very easy. Even if you are a freelancer I think that it's better to work in an office. For example if you are a designer or a photographer, I think you should find other people with the same passion and rent a place to work in.
If you surround yourself with working people you are more focused and motivated, you can share ideas and work as a team.
Both options have advantages and disadvantages but working from am office increases your workflow, your productivity and motivation.
