This part of the fence was near a sewer drain, so in case some service people need to access this area we filled this hole with styrofoam instead of concrete so it would be much easier to access. We used this special packaged mix that helped mix two special liquids. Once mixed you need to hurry and start pouring or else you will have quite a mess on your hands because it starts to expand within about 15-20 seconds, and it gets hot.
I thought this looked silly and interesting! Never used this material to secure a post!! It was pretty hard and strong!
