Restructure
There is a restructure coming at work, unfortunately the person in charge is best explained by the following.
No experience in the industry, no experience in our field, only just started in the organisation in the scheme of things. He does know some big, fancy buzz words and managed to convince 2/3 on the hiring panel that he was the person for the job. The one person that saw through him was told it's not your decision.
