Its really not alot, once your body adjusts. Some times I do this after a 6 mile run or sprints. If you eat well and rest well, drink alot of water everyday your body can achieve so many things. Ferraris dont run on crappy gasoline, treat your body as a very fine machine (maintenance) and it will become one. I am happy there is people out there reading my posts.
