



This is what I ate for today not including half a Pear fruit that I had after I had my lunch of Dimsum that we call "Siomai". I think it is a shrimp flavor because i can taste the shrimp in it or it could be Chicken for all I know, it is just they almost taste the same for me.
Sometimes I liked to eat these Dimsum and sometimes I do not which is why I haven't eaten them all so half of these pieces are left uneaten. It is really easy for me to get bored of the taste because I do not have any vegetables to have with it because I haven't gotten any Kimchi already, they are all consumed.
I am now planning to make my own Kimchi just to save some money in buying again and again because it is really expensive if you calculate the money being spent on Kimchi because we are consuming it about two Kilos of it per week.
Anyway for my supper I just had a slice of Pizza that my mother had reserved for me which was given by my sister. I wasn't planning to eat supper tonight but a slice of Pizza is just to hard to resist plus it will not going to hurt if I would have pizza once in a while.
Now I am just trying to observe the result of my decision to my guts because I am lactose intolerant and really, eating foods with milk just messes-up my digestive tract thanks to my genetics. But it seems that my siblings are not lactose intolerant, my mother is but my father also it seems is not.
So it is unfortunate that I had that condition because I could not enjoy eating ice cream and milk products anymore. But what I do is to consume some meat with milk products so that my digestive system will be able to slowly digest the milk so that I will not get so much digestive disturbance and produce gasses all day long.
