The firm is a firm within itself, with its own employees. The firm is always in internal and in external markets, and we need to take care of different interest groups in doing things, of all that is possible to be done!
There are many interest groups taking care of the firm. The employees are forming the core of what to do, and what can be done in relation to competence and research. You can make a hierarchy in the organization in question with the boss or the bosses and the other employees forming an internal contract. All things in organizations are consisting of internal contracts with a core, and outside the core or the power in the relevant organization, you have other employees. But what should be done to determine the quality of the human assets. We are using our human efforts to determine something inside and outside the firm. The relationship management is making friends and enemies in business markets due to the same or the different interests.
The external net outside the firm is consisting of different interest group. We have customers where we are selliing services and products. The relations should be stronger and better and larger in different networks, and we can use serious things and eventually lubrication to get the things be done more thoroughly. We cannot escape from situations, that is a bad governing of organizations, and we should give the best advices and best courses in business schools to form the relations as good as possible. The other important factor to the firm, according to the five forces of professor Michael E. Porter by Harvard Business School, is the suppliers. And they suppliers deliver different things and products to the firm, and that is therefore important to have something to sell. Abd both customers and suppliers can be in national and in international markets. And the market philosophy is to understand what people and things are doing in the markets and why!
Other important groups to the firm’s relations are the banks, locally or nationally or in another country, and you can put money into the bank, or you can have one or more loans in the bank in question. And all banks in all the countries in the world are given financial services to the firm. All firms are clustered in the middle, and we should use our time to get the firms being profitable in the long run. Every club, every association and every firms must try to earn money, but there should not be much talking about it. It is a hidden fact!
We also have the authority, and we can handle in conflict or in harmony with them. The policy to the firm is going on in the markets, both the internal and the external. The government can use one or more strategies, and the stategies are what you are doing when and how and why, and you find these strategies within one person or several persons.
We have an interesting interest group as the communities, and they are interested in that the firm is earning money. Many things going on in business markets are about giving trust to interest groups, and strengthen and enlarge the relations that are and can be there. We should try to avoid bankruptcy, because that is destroying the relations. The symptoms and the problems from bankruptcy to bankruptcy are the same things.
The firm in question should also pay duties and taxes due to the purpose of the nation’s economy, and how the nation’s economy is functioning. Every state budget should be managed, and this is about the financing for money and the uses for the money on different applications.
The relations you are making or closing in your life and other lives, are about friendship or enemies. You cannot do faults in the markets, the life is too short for that. And therefore, you should find your network in question, since the network with power or non-power is informal and formal.
