This dialogue is inspired by my very first "one truly good conversation" of which I did not know three days ago that it wants to become something more permanent. I am thinking to produce that in series. I like this format a lot. And the continuing design appearance as well.
The many exchanges with other writers here, like @f3nix and his @bananafish contests and the 50 word challenges, held by @jayna, as well as the Haiku art and Haiku Contest flows into a huge pot of inspiration and I feel thankful for it.
I see how writing is affecting and causing ideas, reflections and deeper thoughts about what it is like to be human.
I want to add a humorous note to the whole realm of writing fiction and poetry.
As I got myself mostly known as a serious person - without always intending it - there is a longing to counteract that and to let in the more cheesy and and winking part of my personality. This does me good and creates a different field than the one in which I usually tumble. Laughing and taking life less seriously should be on the agenda here. But you will definitely always find certain shallows and critical things with me, because I "can't" and won't write without ulterior motives.
This series (if it will thrive into one, let's see) serves me as an act of liberation, a term which recently was used by @agmoore in a private conversation and it rang on me. Also, you gave me a little hurting feedback, for which I thank you because it left me thinking (daring to step over a border is ranked by me as a good thing as we people should not leave us undisturbed).
I felt that I am binding myself too strict to a certain underlying tone and sound (sometimes suffering "me") and I want to change that.
The content of this post "remote perception" birthed itself by my interest on intuition and instinct, by watching a German multi-part movie, called "Ku-Damm 56" and the general joy of creating some characters who talk about topics which interest me. As I am counseling people in my professional life that should also be kind of obvious. :)
The creation of the characters will be a lot of fun and is it already, because I now have three of them; as you can see above. I think, I am going to use the greek school of characteristics mixed with asian tradition, shamanic and Indian ones. As there are four main characters to begin with, there can be added shades of them in between the spaces. I feel very much attracted to this method (I bet many of the movie script writers do use them - go and count the characters of series like "Friends" or "Big Bang Theorie").
Some other steemit friends I would like to mention are @kimberlylane - an inspiration giver through her rich language and powerful connections of words and pictures attached to smells, @blankcanvas86 (who I admire and who had a long break) as well as @goastrighter. Please, all of you who were not named feel also addressed. You can be certain when you get me as a commenter, I do appreciate what you write about.
Lastly, I created the tag #fictionquestionmark because I always have difficulties to pick a tag when I feel a piece sits between the two "fiction" and "non fiction". Because: can you always be certain not using biographical elements? And is that "fiction"? Maybe you answer: fiction is a piece you write and it never happened to you in the described way. I'd answer: Correct. It did not happen in the exact manner and used terms but it did happen as an experience.
Most individuals tend to have aspects of their personality that identify with each of the four temperaments. However, there are usually two primary temperaments that are displayed at a significantly higher level. An individual could be any combination of the following four temperaments:
Sanguine
The personality type of Sanguine is described primarily as being highly talkative, enthusiastic, active, and social. Sanguines tend to be more extroverted and enjoy being part of a crowd; they find that being social, outgoing, and charismatic is easy to accomplish. Individuals with this personality have a hard time doing nothing and engage in more risk seeking behaviour.
Choleric
Choleric individuals also tend to be more extroverted. They are described as being independent, decisive, and goal oriented. They enjoy being in charge of a group since they have many leadership qualities as well as ambition. Choleric personalities also have a logical and fact-based outlook on the world.
Melancholic
These individuals tend to be analytical, detail oriented, and are deep thinkers and feelers. They are introverted and try to avoid being singled out in a crowd. A melancholic personality leads to self-reliant individuals, who are thoughtful, reserved, and often anxious. They often strive for perfection within themselves and their surroundings, which leads to tidy and detail oriented behaviour.
Phlegmatic
A phlegmatic individual tends to be relaxed, peaceful, quiet, and easy-going. They are sympathetic and care about others, yet try to hide their emotions. Phlegmatic individuals also are good at generalizing ideas or problems to the world and making compromises.
