Saturday 23.4.2022 - Coming to Vienna
In the morning we met up at our school and got on a bus. We traveled with another school group. They travelled to Gyor in Hungary and we continued on our way to Vienna. The journey was comfortable. We arrived in Vienna at 3pm and checked into our hotel JO&JOE. Then we took a walk around the city where we saw some monuments.
Sunday 24.4.2022 - Prater
We went by foot to Prater where we had some time to go for rides on rollercoaster and stuff like that - where we wanted to go to with our teachers. It started to rain and we all had to hide. We thought we had to wait for a long time but fortunately it didn't rain for more than 10 minutes. Then around 2pm we went back to our hotel. At the hotel everybody chilled on the couch and chatted.
Monday 25.4.2022 - Meeting Christoph @manncpt
Today we met Christoph and he explained our work for the next three weeks. He told us how everything will be and how we will work on our projects. He told us to create stories and tag @globalschool. He gave us our first assignment to photograph graffiti in Vienna and write a diary every day of work we did. We went to Danube Canal and took photos of the graffiti.
Tuesday 26.4.2022 - DESIGN LOGOs
When we had our first working day, we worked at Edison Cafe. We really liked it there. We met @KKatharina and she introduced us with her idea for a slow fashion list (https://www.slowfashionlist.com). She needs a new logo, business card, template for social media and more. Katarína was to us all as a very nice, pleasant person. We are very happy for this cooperation and we hope that we did not see her for the last time. We started to design a new logo. And after we had the logos then we started to do business card. We finished our work at Edison cafe bar and we went to our hotel. We met at meeting room in our hotel to discuss about the work we had done.
Wednesday 27.4.2022 - DESIGN LOGOs
On this day we talked about what position we need in every agency and we choose what we want to do: defined roles, projects and tasks. Everyone started with a project and we collaborated on designing social media templates, communication materials, web design and more... @schmidi joined us co-working. This was also cool! 😎
Thursday 28.4.2022 - Meeting with Isabel
Today we met Isabel and she told us what we can help her with. She gave us three assignments that we split between us. We then worked on other projects. Isabel was very nice. She explained everything to us, and when we didn't understand something, since English is not our mother tongue, she tried to explain it to us differently. It was very cute.
Friday 29.4.2022 - End of the working week
On our sixth day we worked on our existing projects. Then we met Christoph @manncpt. He asked us about what we did during the week. We showed him our work, he told us his opinion and left after giving us constructive feedback. After lunch we went outside for a walk to see the city. We have found out that this type of home office suits us very well.
