"I Woke Up An Had To Check My Wallet."
I knew from the moment I woke up that it was a dream, but it felt so real so I had to verify it. The only logical thing was to go straight to Steemit and check my wallet. Everything looked as it did yesterday but I had to convince myself so I went to coinmarketcap.com too. Nothing had happened, so that was all the verification I needed.
I felt a bit sad when I noticed that everything was as it used to be. Look, I still knew that it was all a dream, but the dream was wonderful and gave me more energy than I've had in a long, long time, so I wished it was real. I wish I would've woken up and realized that my dreams can be true. My life would've been a whole lot easier and the motivation I would've gained could definitely have come in handy during these upcoming weeks.

So, what was my dream about?
The @asapers, Steemit, SBD, rewards, compassion and companionship... And life.
The @asapers is a project I launched and am the benefactor of. We are a small curation team that works hard to have an impact in minnows lives. We aim to assist, support and help others and our team consist of members who are true believers in the pay-it-forward idea. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to pause my delegations and I will reinstate them in ~2 weeks from now.
However, one of the things that happened during this dream, was that we got recognition from heavily invested people who found our project and initiative worthy of delegations, so we received delegations of 500.000 Steem Power in total.
This was obviously put to good use and we instantly had an immense effect in peoples lives. As we share the rewards with the featured authors, we did not only support and reward others, we could also grow the official @asapers account in a more rapid way, which gave us even more power to help others. It was truly amazing to see and honestly speaking, it was something that I've been longing for to happen. I know our project is good and should be worthy of generous delegations, but things have changed on Steemit so if we would've launched this project two years ago, things would've been entirely different by now.
Besides the delegation to the @asapers, I was lucky enough to receive a 100.000 Steem Power delegation on my personal account too. 100K SP Delegated to @hitmeasap. That felt unreal but it was an amazing experience.
It gave me confidence, motivation and strength to continue my endeavours on Steemit and it also gave me the opportunity to pay back and cancel my student loan, because I could easily live off of some of the rewards I made from Steemit. Definitely the best experience I've ever had in life.
On top of all of these things, Steem Backed Dollars, (SBD) had been removed. We had STEEM, which had given us new highs in Steem price. More than $50 for each Steem. - Talk about the best days of our "crypto-lives"!
And honestly speaking, this is the second time I've had a dream of the removal of SBD so that one felt truly real when I woke up.
It's obviously more to it than this, and the dream probably included about 5-6 months or so, but in a nutshell, this was it and it felt real. That being said, I woke up, found out that things were still the same as yesterday.
No delegations, SBD was still there, and it was still the same weird BS rewardpoolrape and the continued flagwars to prevent it. A lack of compassion and companionship in general. Just like a normal day on Steemit nowadays.
I love to dream...
I only wish that my dreams were true sometimes.
However, it still gave me inspiration, motivation and a whole lot of energy... So I'm satisfied. And who knows, things might become true this time...?

The best way to contact me is through comments on my articles or on Discord
I do have a life outside of Steemit and the @asapers, and I often get multiple messages each day so it might take some time for me to respond. Feel free to message me again if you haven't heard anything in a few hours or a day.
