How many of us are making mistakes while having ideas who could eventually change "the world of even a few people or yours"? Such ideas and or heartprojects are not always easy to handle alone or even less easy to keep sustainable without creating dependencies. How many of us are creatives, hosts, learners, entrepreneurs, parents or explorers? How technology and society are influencing us? How to be objective or make the good choices, how to not loose patience and get frustrated? How to see and predict what can cross our path and how to be prepared to face any challenge? What does it takes to get the confidence to represent our and/or others ideas?
Leaders are giving themselves the priviledge of nomadic behaviors, traveling and exploring the world, influencing fashion, trends and how society is working.
How such priviledges can be accessible to everyone?
You can have money, you'll still probably need a lot of eyes, brains and or hands, so you'll need also the proper organization, the process, patience, supporters and the right way to engage people to support your idea. However, if it is a political one or a creative one, or even if you are just a blogger, you'll need to develop a lot of new skills and challenge yourself to stay focused if you want to succeed in having a stable life out of your craft. The best would be to find a way to cooperate with a trustful network which can become our eyes, hands and augment our perception, cognition and strenght at any moment to allow us to find the best opportunities at the global scale. But how to do such things when we have limited resources, availability, connections or we do not have the cognition on how to interact properly with people?
The transition towards a future in which synergies is a reality not based on competitiveness but complementarity, will be made by the awareness and involvement of all of us before the planning stage.
From the stone age to today within the augmented age via the hyperconnected age or the information age, the way we are working is and will be changing faster and we all need to be able to adapt faster and faster.
Blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) are evolving fast to become ubiquitous.
Soon quantum computing and immersive internet will become too. What about people?
Let's work on the synergies
While the progess is fast, are we able to handle any form of intelligences facing or within us? Starting maybe by human and community intelligence? Do we consider the multiplicity of channels and systems and how to be really effective with the huge amount of choice offered by market competitiveness?
From passive to generative design we are exploring all the solution spaces.
From generative to intuitive intelligence, systems,communities and groups are starting to pay attention, to remember and create paterns such as dogs to recognize strategic thoughts.
From pure logic to intuition via deep learning systems. We are today amplifying not only our cognitive abilities, but also our perception and strenghts to become augmented humans. Through not only robotic systems or IOT, but also by augmenting community and individuals, allowing people to augment each other. It is also what we are doing with the @com-lab, organizing from the bottom what we can call crowd intelligence, through networking, co-learning, co-designing process, protocols and agreements based on the wisedom of the community to make them sustainable.
While awareness, precision and repetitiveness can be computed easly, @globalschool experiments complex bottom up synergies such as for the @silkroad40 or @frameworks in order to understand how to develop the proper tools and methods to unify digital, analog and communities to elevate the human system. It is how we came up with developing various projects and tranposable formats such as the @com-lab and its communication control room which allows to distribute a multi sided reward while promoting the adventures of the explorers on their way, to see how to improve the participatory design of notably the @ideamachine or of the @neomad platform (dedicated to the future of travel and learning) and of the forthcoming Network Nomad Agency.
we'll all need to step back to not get a wrong view
Everybody makes mistakes, and when you are on a long and demanding journey or process, disclosing your life on social media, specially while working or traveling you are exposing yourself while reducing your attention to what you are doing and it can happen more often than we are thinking to make mistakes which can be fatal to the success of the journey while it can be technical or psycological. Implementing a frame to learn from any situation including what can appear as failure will increase your predictive competences. On a long trip this can be even more complex, dangerous or impossible to communicate to find a solution or get support if you are not prepared or if you do not have the right insurances or surrounding.
What is the @com-lab?
The community laboratory or @com-lab is a community project initiated to organize the gathering of the requirements of a maximum of communities in order to develop or optimize solution-spaces allowing to maximize synergies between isolated people and communities while following the #UBI (universal basic income) vision.
Bridging @innovations & @solidarity on the #blockchain
In the perspective of developing composable edge blockchain based solutions allowing active participation flow and participatory open governance to be effective, involving users from all ages and origins in the planning and development of the innovative approaches is essential when developing new ecosystems for goods and/or services exchanges. Transforming users into partners ensures relevance and adequacy of new approaches and will help them to be implemented and adapted to different contexts. That is why reflective process and involvement in group and human dynamics awareness is a big topic while involving and engaging with our communities, members and new participants.
Why to bring power users from various communities together?
To create bridges and more resilient community process, we do not want to only bring experienced people together, within a trangernerational, multicultural and inclusive approach, we would like to engage in a "continuous reflection process" (Term of the reflective constructivsm theory by @manncpt).
One of the goal of inviting always new community representatives is to apply to a continuous reflection process together. Feedback and a frame allowing the developement of leadership to be supported is essential for a community led project!
