hello guys a lot of you will be a great man in the future and great men do a lot of meetings, and meeting notes needs to be written in a good method
1- write the date and meeting objective and time.
2-write attendees as they show up.
3- write agenda in your mind then ask people if they have any agenda to add.
4- write notes, any critical notes.
5-write action items and deadlines.
-if there is any discussion not related to the meeting you should tell them hold on then you write them down
-after the meeting you do review to actions to see if everyone understands.
-record old business ( anything done by whom ).
-record new business.
