I came with a great topic, I have a meeting at Sunday so I was practicing for it the thing that causes me to write what I learnt to help you all
1-taking notes making you at the top of the meeting
that means everybody will consider you as the most dangerous person in the meeting because you're writing every word so they have to take care about you.
2-taking notes will give you a good Idea about ( when who did what ? )
It looks complicate so let me make it easier it if you write notes good you will have what was done by whom at which time s
3- notes will give you a great historical record about decisions and agreements ( Who is responsible for what )
