Do you like to read books and drink a cup coffe ? I think that's a good habit in life.
When did you read a book last time, a view minutes ago, several hours ago or yesterday or maybe several days ago. I just wanna suggest you don't let your day your times disappear without books. What do you like most to read ? Novel, Historical, Politic, Scientific, Magazine, Religius, Comic and another, Everyone has their favorite to read.
In my country Reading is become our problem because the reading interest rate below avarage it's very low that what should we think to increase reading interest especailly for youg generation in my conutry, they prefer to spend their time into Social media and games than read something which can give them so many benefit, but they really like to spend their time in Coffee shope and spend a lot of time in that bloody shit place doing nothing (they like coffee but not Books). It's quite different when I see the developed countries like in Europe or America reading book is look like become their habit in life.
I know I'm not a nerd I'm not really Crazy to read a book but I just want to try at least I must Read one or two books in a week even sometimes I can't finisned one book at all because my activities, but I just consider to force myself to read and don't let my interest in books is gone.
READING WILL STIMULATE YOUR BRAIN
I always spend my spare time to read books if I read in the morning usually not only books become my frieds but also Coffee always be my loyal friends, both of them is good friends for me to spend my spare time in the morning but if I read in the night I prefer milk become my friends before I sleep that the combination in the morning Books & Coffee but In the night Books and Milk.
I do believe reading it will be stimulate my brain because in my experinces if I'm full of my activities without reading just a week it's really-really make me feel stupid adn there is something lost on my mind. like a body needs exercise to bulid your body and muscle it same to your brain when your reading a book You are training your brain to make your brain always strong.
STRESS, BORED AND READING
When I got bored in my activities usually I spend my time doing sport or Reading a book, but for reading book I just read the books that are imaginative and do not need to think much such as Novel, it will bring me to another world and I just leave all of my stress and bored and another suck activities in my real life we need to go to another world with our brain to see beautiful think you never see before but you can see on your brain and books will help you to see the another beauty of the world in deeep inside on your mind.

YOU DON'T KOW HOW TO GET CONCENTRATION
Reading books will increas your concentration to think and do it something with good and correctly and will dicrease your mistake, this is a good habit for people because we need focus and concentration to do it correctly and don't forget drink Coffee too it will make your brain thinking sharply.

NEW KNOWLADGE
Absulutely reading will add your knowledge, the new perspective from another people you can get when you reead a book, the more books you read the more perspective and knowladge you get because the thought of people is different everyone has their thought and perspective view in their life.
Book is the windows of knowladge the more you open the book and read it the more knowladge and perspective and the world will you see.
