Use of ellipsis(...) in the sentence

The ellipsis or (...) sign is used for:

Expressing discontinuous speech
Example:
-It should ... should ... have arrived yesterday afternoon. 1. item If so ... yes, ... what can make.

1. To state that in a quotation there is a part that is omitted.
   Example:
   -The portion is omitted in the middle, the dot is three (...). In the atmosphere of this developing State ... we must be hardworking and hardworking.

2. To ask the reader to fill out the continuation of a sentence.
   Example:
   -The salary is small. But he has five nice cars, a big and beautiful house, instead a law flower is passed on. I do not know where he can accumulate such wealth ...!
